Serving Your Community Since 1946
Peter Bernard Hoidale founded the company that bears his name in 1946. He began with a small office in Wichita, Kansas, selling fuel storage tanks and pumping units. The company expanded geographically in the mid-1970s, establishing branch offices in Garden City and Chanute, Kansas.
As the company grew through the 1970s and early 1980s, leadership added product lines to complement the fuel equipment business, such as air compressors and lubrication equipment. By the mid-1980s, Hoidale flourished, with new offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The 1990s brought more exciting business expansion into electronic tank monitoring and point-of-sale systems (POS). These new systems were designed to provide you with more accurate information about how your business is performing. The mid-1990s also saw the opening of our Kansas City branch office.
Since the turn of the new century, our continually expanded product lines better meet the existing and future customer demands. Hoidale is now working on plans for the future, with an eye on how clean energy and EVs will change the industry as a whole. Our commitment to you will grow as we serve you and our communities.
We are thankful for all of our partners who are dedicated to fueling your progress.
All along, as we grew, we wanted our communities to grow as well. That’s why serving our communities is so important to us. Over the years, we’ve given our time and talent to United Way, Meals on Wheels, Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, the homeless, children’s literacy, and children’s mental health. We hope you join us in building communities and helping them grow.
